At the Little People Child Care and Learning Centers, we are committed to providing safe, loving care in a nurturing and positive learning environment. We believe that children are naturally curious and want to learn. Children need to be presented with learning experiences and opportunities for them to gain the knowledge that will influence their learning abilities later in life.

We are committed to supporting children's development and learning; respecting individual differences; and helping children learn to live, play, and work cooperatively. We promote children's self-awareness, competence, self-worth, resiliency, and physical well-being.

Pre-school education must offer a fine balance between "structure" and "freedom of choice". The children are allowed to reach out to fulfill their natural curiosities and to explore the obvious. The staff will observe and interact with the children. They will guide and direct them to further grow by enhancing their experiences. Our program provides this balance by allowing the children to be free to explore, while offering the stability and security that they need.

It is our mission, at the Little People Child Care and Learning Centers, to ensure that each child is given the care that he/she deserves in a safe, loving, nurturing, positive learning environment. We want each child to look forward to coming to our child care center. Parents must feel good about the care and nurturing their children are receiving. We encourage parents to get to know our staff and develop a strong partnership of shared care giving.
